Killea Burial Ground

Killea burial ground is another ancient burial site, located in the outskirts of Londonderry’s cityside. It is believed to be several hundred years old, although there is no firm evidence of this. The earliest datable grave markers are around 200 years old, although there are old grave markers and an inscription that mentions a soldier from the siege of Derry in the late 17^th century. The buildings at the entrance date back to around the 19^th century. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1914-1918 war here.
